381 Constructors P-381 Multi-Mission Dry Dock #1

381 Constructors, a joint venture between Cianbro, TIC and Middlesex Corporation, is providing construction services for the delivery of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic) P-381 Multi-Mission Dry Dock #1 Project.  Located at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine, the Project will expand and reconfigure the docks that support the maintenance and overhaul of the Navy’s Virginia (VA) Class submarines.

The Project scope includes the construction of two (2) new dry docks, a pump station, utility building, electrical facilities, and associated infrastructure; along with drilled shafts, secant pile walls, large precast sections, and cast-in-place concrete.
